Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Profil Dizini ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. Parties

2. The service

The Site is a regional listing/profile directory where users publish their own contact and introduction details. The Site:

• Does not provide messaging; contact happens directly through the channels a listing owner chooses to publish.
• Is not a party to or intermediary in any agreement or transaction between users.
• Does not verify or guarantee the identity of listing owners or the accuracy of their statements.

3. Membership

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• A verified email address and a phone number are required to use your account.
• Keep your password confidential and report unauthorised use immediately.
• One account per person; one profile per account.

4. Content rules

You are solely responsible for what you publish. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using someone else's photos, identity or contact details; impersonation
• Content involving or targeting minors
• Obscene, sexually explicit or pornographic content, or content facilitating prostitution
• Violence, hate speech, discrimination, insults, threats or harassment
• Promotion of illegal goods or services
• Misleading, fraudulent or spam content
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights
• Automated access, scraping or bulk registration

You acknowledge that contact details published on your profile become publicly visible.

5. Rights in your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a royalty-free licence limited to the publication period to display and technically process it (resizing, format conversion). The licence ends when you remove the content.

6. Moderation and listing period

• Listings may be reviewed before publication and may be rejected.
• Listings may have an expiry date. Expired listings may remain visible in the directory, but no details are shown on the profile page.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice.

7. Hosting provider status and notice

Under Turkish Law No. 5651 the Site acts as a hosting provider and has no general obligation to monitor user content before publication. If you encounter unlawful content, report it via the Contact page or the "Report" link on the relevant profile; we will review and remove content found to be unlawful.

8. Fees

Use of the Site is currently free of charge. Any future paid features will be announced in advance and applied only with your consent.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for user-published content or for relationships formed between users outside the Site. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may request closure of your account at any time. We may close accounts in cases of serious or repeated breach.

11. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of [City] have jurisdiction.
