Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data Profil Dizini processes, why, and what rights you have. See also our Cookie Policy.
1. In short
- There is no messaging, no online status and no gender field on this site.
- Visitor location is never stored; it is used only to sort results for that single request.
- Visitor raw IP addresses are not stored; they are kept only as an irreversible HMAC-SHA256 digest.
- Profile pages are excluded from search engines (noindex, nofollow).
- Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes and cannot be read by anyone.
2. Data we process
2.1. Account data
When you create an account we process: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, a hash of your password, your language and theme preference, email verification time and last sign-in time.
Date of birth is used only to enforce the minimum age and to display your age. The date itself is never shown publicly — only the calculated age.
2.2. Listing (profile) data
Your published profile contains what you enter: display name, about text, phone, WhatsApp and Telegram details, social and website links, province/district and the areas you want to appear in, interest tags and up to 6 photos.
This information is published publicly at your request. Do not enter anything you do not want to be public. If you prefer to be reachable only via WhatsApp, enable "Hide my phone number" in your account panel; the number is then omitted from the page source as well.
Uploaded images are not stored as received: they are re-encoded to WebP, which strips all EXIF metadata including any location data.
2.3. Visitor data
- Favorites are matched to an irreversible digest of your IP address. The raw IP is never stored.
- Location, if you enable it, is used only to sort that request and is never written to the database.
- Preferences (theme, language, listing order) are kept in cookies and local storage.
2.4. Automatically generated records
For security we keep rate-limit records, hashed verification codes, abuse reports and administrator audit logs. IP addresses appear in these records only in digest form. Server error logs are kept for troubleshooting.

- Creating and managing your account and sign-in
- Publishing, reviewing and expiring your listing
- Enforcing the minimum age
- Transactional communication (verification codes, password reset, admin announcements)
- Preventing fake listings, spam and abuse
- Improving the service and fixing technical issues
- Meeting our legal obligations
4. Notifications
Browser notifications are available only to signed-in members and are used only for administrator announcements. When you grant permission, the subscription endpoint and encryption keys created by your browser are stored and shared with your browser vendor's push service (Google, Microsoft, Mozilla and similar, whose servers may be located abroad). You can withdraw permission at any time.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with our hosting provider, our email provider, browser push providers (only if you enabled notifications) and competent public authorities where legally required. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

7. Security
Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm. Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, database queries use prepared statements, uploaded files are validated by content and re-encoded. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
8. Age limit
This service is not intended for anyone under 18. Accounts and listings found to belong to minors are deleted.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. Most profile data can be edited or removed directly from your account panel. For requests, contact us at [iletisim e-postasi].
